- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have HORRIBLE service. You pay an outrageous amount (we paid almost $600 because we had 3 W-2's) and they still can't do their job right. Only filed part of my taxes as well. And when I asked them to finish their jobs, they told me I'd just have to file the rest myself! And their "tax professionals" are freaking idiots! There was only 1 woman in there who seemed to know what she was doing. I will never go back there, and I recommend everyone avoid that place!By Amanda Getzendanner, December 26, 2016
